The stay turned out pleasantly surprising! Simple navigation around the city, with a secure environment as a bonus. Room 402 dazzled with modern elegance and featured a gorgeously expansive view. The executive lounge offerings were a delightful addition, though staff interaction sometimes lacked warmth. Excellent amenities abound, making it a stylish choice for travelers.

SPA area beautifully decorated, but pool water temperature was too cold for comfort.

My stay was luxurious, especially in the Executive King Room with Lounge Access! The amazing views of the city from the higher floors, especially during the evening when the skyline twinkled. Plus, the breakfast buffet was a good feast featuring unique Ukrainian dishes like varenyky and syrniki that I couldn't get enough of!

The experience started on a disappointing note when Diamond member privileges were not extended, despite my significant stay at another property. Adding to this frustration, the response from management was dismissive rather than accommodating. While made-to-order sandwiches from the bar were enjoyable, the overall service was noticeably lacking, diminishing the entire stay.
